Meet Our Fitness Director
With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Jenn has extremely in-depth knowledge with all fitness types and leads the Greystone fitness team. Jenn currently holds several certifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness Leadership; she is YMCA, Canfit Pro, OFC, and Reebok Cycle certified. She is also certified in various formats of teaching, including strength and endurance classes, step aerobics, HIIT classes, and bootcamps.
Jenn prides herself on enriching the health and fitness experience of members and clients by taking the time to listen, understand, and develop sustainable health programs.
Policy and Procedures
Social distancing of 2-meters will be practiced at all times
Markers will be placed in spin, aerobics, and yoga studio
Masks must be worn until the workout begins
Class sizes will be restricted to maintain social distancing
Registration for classes is required
Members must call the front desk in order to register for classes
Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blocks, straps, and rollers. None will be provided at the current time.
